About Kyan
MY VISION FOR THE FUTURE
I am currently a sophomore at Father Duenas Memorial School and love working for the community. I could not be more proud to do just that as FDMS's representative in the 34th Guam Youth Congress.
I have held several leadership roles that have taught me to never leave anyone behind. We all need to support one another and set a good example for the people watching us. As an officer in FD's Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, I have learned and taught the importance of integrity, determination, and hard work.
Seeing meaningful change in our island brings me great joy, especially when it helps and uplifts the voices of our future leaders – the youth. In my position, I am determined to make a meaningful difference for the youth of Guam.
MY MISSION
Helping the Youth of Guam
As a GYC Representative, my mission is to serve the interests of our island's youth. From education to health, there are several issues our youth face. I am here for them and to help solve these issues and make life better for all those who call Guam home.
The youth are the future, and it is important we do everything in our power to uplift their voices and offer them the support they desperately need.
